Dispatch
Active Panther delivers to addresses in the Netherlands, EU1, EU2, and EU3. Unfortunately, shipping outside these regions is not possible. Please contact us if this is the case.
Orders placed on working days before 3:00 PM will be shipped the same day.
Orders placed over the weekend will be shipped on Monday.
Orders with a delivery address in the Netherlands will be delivered (if in stock) within 1-2 working days after shipment.
DHL DHL will deliver your order to your home. If you're not home, DHL will try again the next day.
If you are not at home twice in a row, you can collect the package within three weeks at a service point near you.
Not home during the day? No problem! Enter a different address during checkout (e.g., your work address) and we'll send your order there. Please note: Delivery to a PO Box address is not possible.
For delivery addresses in the Netherlands, Belgium & Germany the following applies:
For orders over €50, we cover the shipping costs. For orders below that amount, we charge €4.95 in shipping costs.
The following applies to delivery addresses abroad:
For orders over €99.95 we will cover the shipping costs.
For orders with a lower order amount we charge €10.00 (EU1), €15.95 (EU2) and €25.95 (EU3) shipping costs.
Exchanges & Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to exchange the item for you or you can return it.
You can exchange and/or return your order within 14 working days of receipt.
If you'd like to exchange an item for a different color and/or size, simply return it and indicate on the returns form which size or color you'd like. We'll then send you the item free of charge.
Not satisfied with your purchase or have you changed your mind? Please return it to us, along with the completed returns form with your details.
Returned items must be in their original condition and unworn with all original tags and labels attached (you are welcome to try the item on). Damaged or stained items will not be accepted. Items not purchased through this website cannot be returned.
Sending returns
You can easily return items by sending your return shipment back to us in the original packaging.
For shipping, please use the pre-printed return label. Always include the completed return form with your details so we can process your return as quickly as possible.
You can drop off the package at a service point near you.
Postage is not required. Don't forget to keep the proof of delivery, as this serves as proof of shipment. This allows us to track the package if it's delayed.
Once we have received your order, we will confirm this to you by email.
If you don't receive a pre-printed return label with your order, you can use the reply number below for your return. Always include the completed return form with your details so we can process your return as quickly as possible.

Returns incur costs. If you return part of your order, you will pay a €3.95 contribution towards the return shipping costs. This amount will be deducted from your refund. If you return the entire order, the shipping costs will be waived. For international shipments, you pay €5.95 (EU1), €11.95 (EU2), and €25.00 (EU3).
These costs will be automatically deducted from the amount to be returned afterwards.

After we have received your returned items, we will refund your money within 14 days.
