Register

We offer the option to ask questions through a contact form in our online store, where you'll be asked to provide various details to process your inquiry. You choose which information you provide. We offer a newsletter to inform interested parties about our products and/or services. Each newsletter contains an unsubscribe link. Your email address will only be added to the subscriber list with your explicit consent.

Location data

If necessary for the service, we may collect location data (GPS) from you. Your consent will be requested at the time.

This (location) data can also be stored and processed by the provider of the navigation/mapping software, such as Google Maps, or by Google or Apple itself. We have no control over this. We recommend that you read the relevant privacy statements of the relevant provider.

We do not publish your customer data.

Our online store displays advertisements.

Disclosure to Third Parties

We do not sell your data to third parties and will only share your data with our partners. These partners are (partly) located outside the EU. We have strict agreements with them to comply with European privacy regulations.

The personal data described above will be retained for as long as necessary to process your order(s), including warranty, unless there is a legal obligation that requires longer retention (such as the tax retention obligation).

View, Edit, or Delete Data

This means you can submit a request to us to send the personal data we hold about you in a computer file to you or another organization you specify.

You can send a request for access, correction, deletion, data transfer of your personal data or request for withdrawal of your consent or objection to the processing of your personal data to customercare@a ctivepanther.com .

To verify that the request for access has been made by you, we ask you to include a copy of your ID with the request. In this copy, please redact your passport photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip with numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number, and Citizen Service Number (BSN). This is to protect your privacy. We will respond to your request as quickly as possible, but within four weeks.
